Once you have your shopping cart complete, please contact us. You will recieve a text or call at your number to confirm your order and also let you know when your order is ready. Some orders may require prepayment.
Pickup will be available at our Silverado location.
You can pay either cash, debit, or credit in person at our shop. Online orders need to be email transfered in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are operating locally out of Calgary. We do ship to all areas of Canada. Shipping rates are shown in cart once order is input. Insurance is provided up to $100...additional insurance coverage available at a cost of $2 per $100. Deliveries in Calgary need to be within 10km of our location in Silverado or where our trailer used to be located in the SE. Delivery minimum is $50.
We cannot offer any refunds on any Ejuices because everyone is different and enjoys different flavors. We have had customers where one spouse enjoys one flavor and the other one doesn't. It is very subjective. We do try to make our juices to everyone's liking but everyone is different. For Hardware, please let us know within 48 hours if anything is not working and we will discuss. Coils are non-refundable due to the nature of coils.
